In the 1800’s, German & Austrian brewers immigrated
to Mexico, introducing beer to Central America. They
added corn to the Vienna lager to create the Mexican-lager,
a lighter beer perfectly suited for the new climate. The
government encouraged breweries to source barley
locally so that Mexican farmers could benefit from
this new industry. Just as these groups of men worked
together, we aim to inspire modern men to uplift each
other through moderation, mindfulness, and better beer.
